In Bali Language, Taman Ayun means Beautiful Park. Taman Ayun. The tourist object of Taman Ayun has the amazing background. Its charm come from the pool that surround the temple on the 4 hectares area.

From a distance the pool looks like a water bracelet, so it looks as the temple building in the water surface. The beautiful scenery is more complete with the growth of trees and flowers around the temple buildings.

The complex of temple consists of three parts, namely an open area, a main building, and buildings dedicated to gods and goddesses.

The Location of Taman Ayun Temple

Pura Taman Ayun Mengwi is located at Ayodya Highway, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali. If you depart from the Seminyak tourist area, you have to travel about 25 kilometers towards Kerobokan road, with a travel time about 1 hour 10 minutes, if there is no road traffic jam.
